Hello Members,

Iam writing to be helped with how edit the Notification message send to a new user after registering as well as the notification message after clicking the confirmation link to activate his/her account on my site? Because i want to add some information on that message which i feel is important for my new uesrs.

Ronnie,

These messages (and a lot of other messages that Joomla uses) can be customized in the Language Manager.

Site -> Language Manager -> Site Languages.

Then click on  your language file (probably English).  There you will find a long list of phrases and words that Joomla uses for various things.

You can customize the messages there.

Hi;
How to make this messages endure for example for 5 seconds and then disappear?
If it is by css, which would be the code?
