New links in com_weblinks

When a user enter a new link in com_weblinks I have to go to the component and look for it. Is there a way to get some notification about that there is a new link to publish?

I don't know where the setting is, but I get an email when a user adds a link.

Isn't it in the backend under the menu MESSAGES -> CONFIGURATION ...

And it works for everything but links.
