Nah webvenue.. it didn't work so I just turned SEF URL's off. I tried a lot of things but nothing worked for me. I was hoping for someone like an admin to come here and help, but will that happen ???

the thing i cant undersand is that SEF urls worked fine on my server before but then stopped working only for joomla based websites, other PHP/Mysql websites can use '.htaccess' based url rewriting for SEF urls.

I have just found a way how to fix it. It at least worked for me.
In the .htaccess file comment out "Options +FollowSymLinks"
