I want to use  Joomla to create one of my clients company website, where I need to create areas for Products and Services.  Under the Products I should be able to describe and give links to download various products that this company is selling / promoting.

Can someone suggest me if there is any modules available or how to achieve this?

There are a few ways to accomplish this depending on what your exact needs are. I would suggest taking a look at VirtueMart (aka mambo-phpShop) which is a full-featured cart solution for Joomla. It includes a facility for selling downloadable products:

Sorry, I did not explain well about my requirements.  My need is not selling products online.  Its a company selling software for hospital market, so it have about 8 products and 20 modules.  The website will describe about these products and modules in details and host the related PDF and image related files.

You could put all that information into the content architecture of Joomla. If you'd like to use a more structured format you could devise a Sections/Categories/Content strategy to present the information more meaningfully. Publish online brochures including pictures, PDF links, etc. by creating a new content item for each product.

Not sure if this answers your question. If not, perhaps you could provide more specific information about what you're trying to accomplish.

Well, I wouldn't develop it too similar to that one!  ;)

Joomla can definitely handle this for you. I'd suggest spending some time getting comfortable with the way things work in Joomla. A good starting point is Anna's tutorials, which you can find in the FAQ section of the forum. This will explain, among other things, how content is created and structured.
