Did I get hacked? What should I do now?

Hello,
this is my website: http://www.caecilia1890.de
Since yesterday I think there is a link at the top of the site. I looked for this link on google and it is on many sites which got hacked, too. This link is everywhere at the site. What should I do now?

Please check the instructions at the security forum: http://forum.joomla.org/viewforum.php?f=267

They will recommend that you upgrade your site because 1.0 is a very old release.
