I am using my site joomla 1.0.13.
I have already uploaded a doc file in to media manager. Now I want a link to download that file by any one just like images/forms/test.doc. I have done it by Joomla 1.5.25 version.

But I can not do it by joomla 1.0.13. The message shows :

{slang_insert_link_title}
www.sabinco.com.bd/mambots/editors/tiny ... mce/plugin

Actually not working the Insert/Edit Link button.

Any help. This is very urgent.
