Crreating Sub-menus from menu item

Hi everybody!

This site: http://www.cia1.co.il/has a main menu> and from a menu item> another menu pops up.

I know this site was not built on joomla, so i wonder if in joomla i can
implement something like this, using the public templates accessible through the web???

Pls have a look at the site and tell me what you think...
Go to the third menu title from the right> From there a menu pops up> and from each menu item (entry)>  another menu pops up (vertically).

Do you know how to create 1 level menu from a menu item? ( i guess it is possible - but i DUNNO how )
Do you know how to create 2 level menu from a menu item within a menu?

There are a number of menu systems available http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php? ... &Itemid=35 many with this capability. I would start by looking at SWMenuFree

There are multiple threads here on this topic - but bottom line is Joomla by default allows you to create via the menu manager parent and child menu listings.  The child menu will be displayed after the parent menu is clicked.  Plus there are several components to add that will do this fancier one being swmenufree found among the extensions.
