I recently had to move my old Joomla 1.0.15 site to a new server using iis 7 and the page is not displaying the content of the home page. The site works if I type epcompower.com/index.php but does not work using http://epcompower.com. I believe it is a template issue as I was using ISAPI and am now using Fast CGI but I am at a loss on where to look for how to correct this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

in the global configuration turn on Error Reporting and see if you are getting any PHP errors displays.

I didn't get any errors when I did that. Just some normal debug messages that were the same on both pages. Still not sure why these would be showing different.
