I can access my site from my LAN using ip address

Hi Friends

I have installed wamp server in my windows 7 system. In server system my site and administrator modules are working fine
but in other system we are unable to open my site i checked with IP and computer name both but its not opening.
wamp tray is in green color, but when i move mouse cursor about the icon it shows wamp is offline

Friends please help me

if your Ip is: 123.4.55
if your web folder is: my_site
So you can access from other computer with this: 123.4.55/my_site
Remember to set fireward of your computer is NO

I almost can smell an SKYPE port issue. If it is installed, try to turn it off and see if it works.
