Does anyone know of good invoicing system for Joomla.

We'd like to upload information about people's invoices, including a PDF. They can then login to see details of the transactions.

These invoices would be created outide of Joomla - not in VirtueMart, OSCommerce etc.

Thanks in advance

@ekal

If you just want to upload information like PDFs and make them available to specific users, maybe you should look at a component like DOCMan.

Hope this will help you to solve your problem.

Thanks Alex - can I restrict each user to just one section of Docman?

Is it possible to stop them seeing everyone else's invoices?

Thanks

@ekal

As far as I know, you can restrict access to each document to only one user, or you can define user groups and give them access to a document. Meaning that when you upload an invoice for a user, you can give only access to this invoice to this specific user. Or if you have some kind of documents more than one user should have access to, like terms and conditions, you create for example a user group customers and give this group access to the terms and conditions. Of course you will have to assign this group first a few users for that to work.

Most os all, the payment system (see http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php? ... &Itemid=35) are creating to be used in hosting packages. I need to make up invoices not related to it. Any idea? Php coin is a good option, but not integrated to joomla.  :(
