Cannot checkout code from Joomlacode.org

I have set up TortoiseSVN to checkout code of my extension project or even others but it failed to. The error message is "could not read status line: connection closed by server".

I just installed latest TortoiseSVN. Last time ago, I have successed doing this.

Any suggestion?
