Using mod_login for new user registration

Hello Every one,

I have a login page where new users get to registers.
I don't what users to get an activation email message but i want to activate the users from the administrator end. And i want email messages sent to the newly registered users only after the user has been activated.

mod_login automatically sends activation email message to the users and the user get to activate himself but i do not want it that way.

Someone pls tell me how to go about it.

Hi,
I want to control user registration notification. I want to send other link with massage and other information.

the message users receives in their email are in the root folder language/en-GB/en-GB.com_user. and the message is in SEND_MSG_ACTIVATE
