I can't access my web page administrator 2,5 joomla

I can normally access to the web page, but cant open administrator.

it started working normally after i deleted all phoca components in file manager
(don't know why is this happened now, because all phoca things always worked great on any site i try)

- increase memory_limit in your server to 1024MB
- login Cpanel and clear in cache folder
give your link site and we can have a look?

Thx, i just started to learn little more about joomla. I start to make this site on [url banned] (its free), and i take install pack from source that they suggested. (but when I install it it show me few warnings http://prntscr.com/325mv5 ) but after that it all worked normally.
