customizing administration login and offline message [no more mambo reference]

Now that mambo is no longer mambo, please let me know where I can customize both the administration login (shows mambo administration, welcome to mambo, footer, etc.) and the offline mambo to not show any reference to mambo. Thanks for any leads.

the offline message can be modified by editing:
offline.php
in the root directory.
the administration login is
index.php
index2.php
index3.php
(i just don't know why there are three of them, and haven't had a need to edit these, so you'll have to see what they do)
