Is k leye app ko PHP aur MYSQL CSS (Joomla Platform) lazmi ana chaye tb hi app apni extensions bana sakty hain .

Walikum Salaam,

Sorry brother I do not visit this forum as much as I used to as I have been very busy in some other projects and my work and I am not moderator here so did not see your post. By the way correct spelling is Khawaib not Khuwaib. :-)

As other brothers have highlighted developing an extension can be quite complicated depending on how much your understanding and knowledge is about programming. Modules are easiest, plugins little bit complicated and components are much more complicated compared to modules and plugins. There can be simple components and very very complicated ones too.

There is documentation in Joomla Docs that will get you started but for further understanding I would advise one of the books you should read, Mastering Joomla Extensions Development was its name I think on top of my head. Start working on projects like I did for example Quran and Prayer Times. I am happy for anyone to come and work with me on Quran and Prayer Times components to improve them.

Or you can come and visit me in Azad Kashmir in December as I will be visiting my Parents for some Joomla gub shup (Peshawar not too far). :-)

i am good but not expert in PHP, MySQL and CSS, i can make a simple extension now, but i hate MVC that's why unable to try advance one..
