I have joomla 1.015 installed on my site. But i get "Error establishing a database connection" message... I have restored old backup but also get same message "Error establishing a database connection" ... How can i fix it?

It the database server running? What about the username and password in the file configuration.php - are they still current?

Yes they are current but after few days i get these (under image) on my site and can not load site on any explorer!

Are you sure that your DNS is set right (nameservers etc), the image you have shown here is one that seems to be one of the ones that appear when a domain is parked.
