Did you create the MySQL database from the web hosting control panel?

Are you able to SSH to the site and connect to the mysql database using the database details?

Did you say you are using the CPANEL control panel? Make sure you enter the entire username such as yourdoma_user instead of just user. You can view this from the cpanel control panel under MYSQL DATABASES. Info on what SSH is is at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Shell

Open a support ticket with your host and make them aware of the problem.

Then link to a page that you are displaying that module on.

Hello

Here is the information I received from client webhost:

The server you should be connecting to is mysql-3.storethru.com or mysql-3.netregistry.net (they are the same).

We do not use CPanel for domain/database administration. Administration is done via our inhouse developed interface called "The Console". Database administration is done via phpMyAdmin (available from within the console), and of course, ftp access is provided so that you can upload/download files to your directory.

The console URL is https://theconsole.netregistry.com.au/?grc=GOAAAM

i don't understand what is the problem or what i suppose to do

any help plz

Thanks
