How to install Joomla on PC?

At first sory on my bad knowledge of english but I hope that we will understand 

I want to instal Joomla CMS on my PC! Somebody will asking me WHY? I want to test some modules and playing sometyhing with joomla before buy hosting.

Can I do this and how?

I know that for php sites need Php,Mysgl and Apache instal.... are am I right?

Welcome to the forums and Joomla!

You indeed need a local webserver first, something like WAMP (http://www.wampserver.com/en/) is easy to install on windows. It will create some folders such as C:\wamp\www. You can unzip all files from Joomla! inside that www folder and follow the webinstaller guide to install Joomla! > http://help.joomla.org/content/view/39/132/. See if that gets you started.

Just enter the database details during the installation. Because it's a localhost it will create the database during that install.
