Cannot install module?

i new here..but my problem now..
i already install 1 modues...but that module hb problem..
i unistall already...
n want install another modules..
but this my problem start

but in 2nd picture..
dun know where that module...
can some1 help me..URGENT..ASAP

The list of Modules is retrieved from the jos_modules database table.
The module is not visible in that list.

Check with FTP the /modules/ directory of your site.
It has probably a directory or file with mod_vvisit_counter.php & .xml
Backup that file, remove at the server and try to install the module again.
