I am using Joomla version 3.4.0.When updating the extension Freestyle Support Portal I get a this...

Does anyone know what I should do at this point I have a ticket out to Freestyle but no response yet. Thank you,

Hello

Sometimes the built in Joomla updater for Freestyle Support is not working correctly. If this happens, goto http://freestyle-joomla.com/downloads/f ... ort-portal and download the latest version directly and just install over the top of the existing install to update.

Note: We usually answer tickets within 24 hours of them being submitted (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm UK time are our business hours), did you not get as reply to your site? If not let me know the reference to the ticket and I will take a look what happened.
