Since upgrading http://www.escarosapress.com from 1.0.1 patched with 1.0.2  the apostrophes, commas. and quotes are now question marks in the content.  We could manually change all the articles, but this is a ezine with hundreds of articles.  Any suggestions?  I have thought of overwritting with the 1.0.1 patch to "go back", but don't want to worsen the situation.
