Can't find upgrade path from 1.0.14RC1 to 1.0.15

I was running 1.0.13 whenI saw the update come out for 1.014 RC1. So I quickly upgraded my site and everything went fine. Now I see an update 1.0.15 but I can't find an update from 1.0.14RC1 to 1.0.15.
I read throught the forums and found one post that said all you have to do is use the 1.0.13 to 1.0.14 patch then use the 1.0.14 to 1.0.15 patch.
Great so I tried to download that patch but it says access denied. So I read the forums again and a post said those files were removed because they where no longer needed.

So whats the offical upgrade path from 1.0.14RC1 to 1.0.15??????????????????

This is your try:

Make a back-up with JoomlaPack from joomlapack.net
And download this back-up from your site.
Download the upgrade from here: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/frs/
If the upgrade won't work, you do have a working back-up ready to install.

You could try XAMPP for local testing. You can upgrade your back-up locally and if it's working, you can upload the new upgraded Joomla! from your XAMPP.
