Migrate-Export only Contents & joomla template.

Hi all,

Happy new year everybody.

My Question is:

I have a joomla 1.0.15 site Pinoclaudia.altervista.org, i would like to upgrate or better to export only contents and template, delete existing 1.0.15 and install fresh 1.5 joomla version, after 1.5 joomla installation i would like to import all contents and the old template. does it possible? is there a component or somethings else that can easly help me export and import contents?
