Any ideas i have upgraded to version 1.0.10 Stable however ONLY on the home page it says 'There are no items to display' when there is obviously items to display...

Any ideas???

Can you make sure all categories and sections are published? There has been a change in one of the Joomla versions that these need to be published before information is shown on the frontpage.

Yes they are published.. the baffeling thing to me is that i have the new joomla install in a subfolder and the original mambo in the root directory... both are running off the same DB however the mambo shows content fine but the joomla in subdirectory does not... pretty wierd... may be something with the config file but have no idea what
