As of July 22nd 2009, the Joomla! 1.0 series is unsupported and unmaintained. It is strongly encouraged that you upgrade to Joomla! 1.5 or higher at this point in time.

Because of this, Joomla! 1.0 has been removed from main Joomla! download pages however it is still accessible via the following locations for historic reasons:
Joomla! 1.0.15 full packages and updates
Updates to Joomla! 1.0.13

To reiterate, Joomla! 1.0 has been deprecated and is not supported or undergoing any development. It is advised that you move to later versions of Joomla! that are actively being maintained and developed.
