hello:
we have been trying to upgrade from joomla version 1,013 to 1,015 but without success.
in my admin I have following error message showing: "Following PHP Server Settings are not optimal for Security and it is recommended to change them * PHP register_globals setting is `ON` instead of `OFF`" can somebody help? thanks!
