Migrate to 1.5

I need to to upgrade/migrate from 1.0.12. Is there any way to get the for Migrator for 1.5? I will then move to 2.5

Yes, you have to take the 2 steps. one migration to 1.5
then another to the 2.5

You can't do it in one process.

Here was the original 1.0 to 1.5 Migration Guide.

I see there is a problem with the links. I'm not sure why they
pulled it, as there are still a few people out there with
working 1.0 sites.

Anyway, I'll attache the old Migration Assistant File

Read the directions thoroughly and back up everything before
you proceed. I can't guarantee that the attached is the most
current, but I don't even see it available anymore.
The creation date is 11-Feb-2008

Have you done this before, I seem to struggle to get this going. I've read up on a couple of the migration methods but still no go. Below is the links I tried:

I'm I missing something somewhere or what?
