jOOMLA SHOP - hanging error

I had to try 5 times to place an order until it went through without timing out. After the delivery address on the address page, before any credit card info was entered, the site would hang and hang until I got a message up saying it was taking too long. The fifth time was the charm. Not a very comfortable feeling considering I just convinced my board to go with joomla for our company site. I needed the shirt to use for our company announcement meeting announcing the switch to joomla. Maybe joomla day will be doom-la day for me.

Sorry you had difficulty with the site.

Print Mojo is our supplier and the page you order on is their website, not ours. It is not a Joomla site. I would suggest opening a ticket with Print Mojo about the errors and make sure that the order is in place so you get your shirt.

No change after 20 minutes, so I logged in to the Joomla! admin area ... Clicking either "Go directly to the Shop" or "Install SAMPLE DATA" results in a hang. No error messages, no timeout, just the hourglass timer for ... What is this? Any kind of solutions? pls.

There is nothing wrong with the Joomla Shop Site (http://shop.joomla.org).

If you have a problem with your own Joomla site, this IS NOT the thread or forum section to use. Please use the correct on in future.
