Are you sure that is not the 404 apache error page?

check your file permissions too. I've gotten that error before and getting the file permissions right was the answer.

When trying to change anything in the backend: for example, when trying to include a new content. When I click apply or save, I have the error message.brad wrote: What page shows you that error? ie What is the URL?

Samp : Try to se if you have the correct permissions on your FTP .

Some have strange policy about the domains ...

Just do without SEF ... or try to solve this with your Hosting provider.ahaus19c wrote: i have also the problem in one installation. but only by sef on!!!!

Re: 1.07 another problem: after upgrade
I did the upgrade from 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 and now I can't install any new component (Installers - Components). The follow message appears:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
My SEF is OFF (equal '0') and it didn't work...
Can I cancel the updating or fix this bug? Thanks!
