Some graphics help please

I am graphicaly challenged and I could really do with a little help turning the attached image into Subscribe AND Download images For Joomla! Weekly News

In my head they should be 150x100 pixels with rounded corners and available in multiple backgrounds,just like the shop butons.

With the joomla logo and text at the top and weekly news below

I would really appreciate any help. Sure it wont take very long to do.

Thats the idea but is should be 150x100 not 100x150
