Joomla Donations, how much?

We have been using Joomla for about one year now and are very happy with it. We would like to show our appreciation by donating money for all the hard work (maybe even on a monthly basis). Is there a guideline or anyone who can give us an idea of what a reasonable amount would be. Honesty would be greatly appreciated

This amount depends a lot on what kind of budget you have.  If you represent a business, then your budget might be bigger than if you are a non-profit organization or an individual.

Whatever you decide is appropriate, we will be grateful because it is coming from your generosity.  We are encouraged by your desire to give monthly.
