TM1-Domain Violation on JED!

[JUX Extensions]

My domain is: http://www.joomlaux.com. Right now, our extensions were being blocked by JED team because the "Domain not OSM approved/compliant".

I believed that I have requested months ago for:
- Domain Name
- "Conditional Use Logo" for a Joomla! Business
- "Conditional Use Logo" for an Extension
- Logo/Name Use

However since I made those requests, I've never received anything like confirming email or message from you guys. When I try to make a new application but always received the error: "Please correct the following errors in the form fields below: A record already exists with the same information".

I also tried to contact you guys on September 17 but no one reply me.

Please kindly confirm to me how my requests are doing?

I have waiting too long for the approval to re-publish my extensions on JED. They blocked me months ago.
