Does this site violate copyright license? It is definitely a Joomla site, I know because when you enter format=json you get an error page whereas format=html you get standard. Not to mention the HTML source code (at the parsed document) is an exact match to core Joomla extensions. I looked if they posted the site on Joomla's directory but haven't seen it. Is this site violating the terms of use? Doesn't the license.txt file have to exists at the root of the domain? After all, all the copyright information says to see license.txt
