Hello all,

I have been using the AEC subscription manager on my site for some time now without any problem at all, however in the last day or two when ever I try to access the plans setup (Components -> AEC SM -> Plans) it gives me this error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index2.php on this server.


This only occurs when I try and acces the plans section of the component. All the other sections are fine. This is not an instalation error because it has been working fine for over a year.

I am lost without your guidance and wisdom

Please help me

I have now fixed this error but Id thought id leave this up to tell others who might have the same problem what I did.

All you have to do is rename .htaccess to htaccess.txt

Once you have done this you can edit your plans again.

When you have finished in the plans section rename htaccess.txt back to .htaccess for security reasons

I hope I help some one other than myself with this one

i've got the same problem, but my htaccess, is .txt, i've no rename it!! and i've the same problem, it's can be, server error? like a permission file error?
