Hi Everyone,
I installed Joomap and it is outputting nearly every category entry 2 times, but each with a different view: one being the correct view (Blog Content Category as defined in my mainmenu) and another which I don't know where its coming from.

Based on some posts I read, I went ahead and uninstalled Joomap, cleaned out my Trash, and then reinstalled, but still same results.

I am wondering if the problem may be due to the fact that I am using Extended Menu and using it's split menu option. This basically means that I had to duplicate the Extended Menu module (which points to my mainmenu). However, I am splitting the menu at a specified level using the settings in Extended Menu, so really both menus do not display the same items.

Any ideas what the problem may be or how to fix it would be appreciated.

Well I resolved this issue on my own. In case anybody has the same problem, here is the solution which I found on the component's discussion on the Forge:

In short, the problem was that I had a lot of Section and Category items in my menu and by default Joomap expands these. There are two options in Joomap's configuration to turn these off: "Expand Content Categories" and "Expand Content Sections". I unchecked both of these and all is well now.
