Yanc Subscribers Table error

Hi,

I need the help with the yanc newsletter component, I have installed it, configured it and got most of it working, i can subscribe to a news letter, confirm the email link and i even get a message sayin that it has been successfull, but the subscribers information is not present in the manage subscribers table, above the table i get this error:

Any ideas how i can fix this?

Any help will be great, if i can get this table to populate then iv got the component working successfully,

other components i am using are: CB 1.1, JACL plus, AEC subscriptions.
