Expose4 Gallery unable to Login

I've recently inherited a Joomla site. I can't login to the Expose4 Gallery that was already installed. I changed the password following this post. Even using the 'Manager' password it doesn't log in. It does nothing when clicking Log In. Nothing. Just sits there. Any and all help is appreciated.

Please help, I am in desperate need of a fix. I've installed it with no errors several times. After installation I continue to managers back end and login doesn't do anything. When clicking 'Change Password' the prompt comes up, I fill out the info and click 'Change', same thing, nothing happens. Please advise.
