install Rsform

Hi
I uninstall my Rsform component. But when I want to install it again, it shows the error as follow:

1146 Table 'bineshdb.jroq8_rsform_config' doesn't exist SQL=UPDATE jroq8_rsform_config SET `SettingValue`='0' WHERE `SettingName`='global.debug.mode'

why? and what should I do?
