I downloaded perFORMS as from the comments it stated it was the easiest to use and implement.

Theres no support forum for perFORMS though, and the Help file with it is mumbojumbo to me; it doesnt actually tell me how to create a form. 

I can see where to insert a sumit type button, and use it in association with whatever wysiwyg program im using, but i cant figure it out.

Is someone able to point to a bit of a tutorial or something please?
