While building the site I copied the 'header' module and renamed it so that various pages throughout the site would display a unique image in the header position.

When I enabled the sh404sef seo friendly url component - all the unique headers were replaced
by the header that was set to appear on 'home' only.

My assumption is that the sh404sef component blocks the module destination ability in the CMS so that the modules being called to the homepage become the default for the whole site because the sh404sef component inserts 'index.php' into the urls (behind the scenes)

I want the ability to have unique headers again. Can anyone shed light on this?
