submit weblink for everybody (public access)

I suggest that the menu item "submit weblink" should have an option it could be submited by everyone, and not only registered users

I agree. Does anyone know of a way to let public users submit to weblinks?

i sortof found a way to do this...

using bookmarks component, which uses the native weblinks system in joomla,
users can submit and manage their links.
