Hi all,

just new to Joomla and trying to support a little just after getting my feet wet.

Suggestion: Add a note to Media Manager help screen on file system permissions

--> Joomla! 1.0.x Help Screens
    --> Help Screens 1.0.12 :: Site
        --> Media Manager

[note] File System Permisions: Per default Joomla! does not change permissions of created files and directories, but uses the server's defaults. To change that behaviour, goto menu=>Site=>Global Configuration=>Server=>File Creation resp. =>Directory Creation. To manage and deliver files / directories through Joomla! permissions for both have to be user:read+write+execute and group:read+execute at least
