Link to pahe on help site broken?

I went to the help button in the Admin panel and see this:
What's New in Version 1.0.0

The local copy of this help file is no longer maintained. Please use the online version.

When I click the link to go to the online version I get this message:
You are not authorised to view this resource.
You need to login.

That's not very helpful!  :P

Is this just something on my installation, or is it like this for everyone running 1.0.12?

No, I have this error on a 1.0.12 site as well...

All other menu's in the Help menu on the left are working ok!

Yeah I noticed when I clicked some other links they worked.
