Module Disappears on main page but is there on tp=1

Trying to figure this out.

The website is here: www.tacosnsalsas.com
The USER4 position is the top right. If you view the site with /?tp=1 you can see on the top right that there is the socialmedia links module and/or a search bar. These both showed up before, then we moved the socialmedialinks module around a bit to find a location and suddenly the search bar was gone. And as we moved the social media module back to the same position, it doesn't show on the main page of the site but shows in the /?tp=1. Did something happen or is there something we need to change with that user4 position to get them to show up?

i got the same problem but with the user6 position , but didnt find a solution yet
