I'm after ideas on how I can create a module that displays on some content pages and not others.

Using the UI we just get the ability to select from Menu Item Links.

I want more fine control, ie on a certain article / post it will display, but most it will not.

Any ideas on how I can get started in coding something like this?

I'm replying again to my question.

The Related Article module works well, I just had to modify my template main index.php to load the module if there is something there.

This works well for now and looks much neater.
