Two different menu Module

hi,

Two different menu Module I've used in my website in joomla 1.7.
for example-
1st menu(horizontal)- Home|Comapny|Products|Contacts (Top position, different module)

2nd menu(vertical)- Cube Series and Square Series (left position, different module)


So, i want to make Cube Series and Square Series sub menu of Products in Top Menu.

i was use external link in menu item , but its not active and not bold of Products menu.
