sziasztok.

bocsanat ha nem beszelek valami magyarosan, nem elek magyarorszagon.

edesapamnak akarok egy magyar joomla oldalt csinalni, de valami oknal fogva az o" es az u" betuk nem jelennek meg as oldalon.
megprobaltam a mysql karakterszettet megvaltoztatni, de barmilyen kombinaciot probalok, az u" es o" betuk helyett
mindig egy '?'-et kapok.

legyszi ha tudtok, segitsetek!
