permission denied on joomla 1.5 stable download

i am getting a permission denied error when i try to download the joomla 1.5 stable download using the module on left on the home page. If I use the top module, it sends me to Joomla 1.0 downloads. This was working several hours ago, but not now. What can I do? I need to download a patch ASAP.

Looks like J! 1.5.5 was just released though an announcement has not been made.
