Unable to download install package 404 error

I am unable to download any of the install packages on joomlacode.org, all the links to the files are returning a 404 error.
I have tried with Firefox 3.0.11 and Safari 4.0.2 on Mac OS X with the same results
This is the link I'm trying to use http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... ackage.zip
from the page http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla ... ge_id=4712

There is a current problem but this is being looked into. should be back shortly
