Seems a bit odd to kinda loose this here, instead of having it as a subforum of http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/board,304.0.html (Joomla 1.5), no..?

This forum group is there to handle all feedback from beta-2, the "normal" 1.5 forum is for questions about 1.5 in general. Rob will post a blog entry and explain how we are going to handle all the feedback.

I "think" Joe was referring to why it was a subforum of 1.0
+  Joomla! Community Forum
|-+  Joomla! 1.0
| |-+  Joomla! 1.5 BETA 2 - Feedback (Moderators: Jinx, louis.landry, RobS)
| | |-+  Why is this forum here?

But Jinx answered its role in the announcement thread
